Richard Bagguley LLB (Hons) – Partner

Richard graduated from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He moved to the area with Solicitors working initially in the West End of Morecambe. He started Richard Bagguley Solicitors in 2000 before merging his practice with David Baines Solicitors in 2007.

Richard specialises in Commercial Conveyancing, Family Matters, Disputes, Wills and Probate.
