Injunctions

Injunctions are court orders which inform a person that they are required to behave or to stop behaving in a certain way.

Domestic Violence Injunctions are commonly used  when an ex-partner is harassing, threatening or assaulting the other.

In certain cases an injunction can be used to stop your ex-partner removing a child from your care or out of the country.
